Exotic Food Seafood Red Chilli Sauce
Fried Fish with Thai Herbs
For 2 Servings
1 Sea bass
20 Kaffir lime leaf
1/4 cup Lemon grass
1/4 cup Shallot
1-2 cups of Crispy flour
1/4 cup Pounded garlic
Cooking time : 15 minutes
Bend the bone and then skewer during the last bone on the neck to tail.
Sprinkle with flour and fry over medium heat until crisp.
Heat oil in the pan over high heat. Fry all ingredients until they are golden brown. then drain and set aside.
Coat the fish with flour for 2-3 minutes and fry until golden brown.
Remove them to a wire cooling rack.
Serve on fishbone Seafood Red Chilli or Seafood Green Chilli Sauce.
