For 2 Servings
200 grams of ground pork
3 cups of frying oil
1 tablespoon of fish sauce
100 grams of boiled Chinese noodle
Cooking time : 15 minutes
In a bowl, add ground pork, chopped coriander root, chopped garlic, black pepper powder, salt, and egg.
Mix them well. Set the ingredients aside.
Wrap one pinch of ground pork with 4-5 boiled Chinese noodles (wrap it like rattan ball).
Arrange them on the tray.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook pork with Chinese noodles. Fry them until they are golden brown.
Remove them to a wire cooling rack.
Serve with sweet chilli sauce.
